Nous acceptons toutes les garanties et la service de retour & échange de 90-jours à compter de la date d’achat sous aucune condition.
Si l'article a un problème de qualité, nous prenons gratuitement l'échange et le retour en charge. La garantie couvre tout ce qui a trait à la technicité et à la fabrication du bijou (Fermoir, Filetage, Sertissage, Encoche, Pierres desserties, Maille serpent, Moulage, Soudure, Pas de vis…)
Si vous n’êtes pas satisfait de l'article pour des raisons personnelles, c'est-à-dire choisir la mauvaise couleur ou la taille, les frais générals seront à votre charge. Si vous retournez la commande partiel ou totale pour des raisons personnelles, nous facturons le frais de port comme la charge de traitement de livraison Vous pourriez contacter nos représentants du service à la clientèle pour demander l'adresse de retour avant de retourner les articles. Le bijou doit être neuf et de préférence dans son écrin d'origine.
